For all year long I said you guys were overrated. All of the a-holes that work for espn said yall couldn't possibly lose! Hansbrough is the most overhyped player in the history of college basketball. He has no defense! A 3 year-old in a wheel chair could play better defense than the crap he pulls off. And no, flopping does not count as defense. His only source of points is traveling so he can shoot from one foot from the basket. In a 5 minute one-on-one game with kevin love for example, love would have 43 points to hansflopper's 6. And those 6 would come from the free throw line that the refs would inevitably send him to! Kansas demolished you. Thank God they exposed you to what you really were. OVERRATED!!!!! But I know that espn will have you guys winning it all next year. Because that is exactly what they said after the end of last year! ESPN along with the media and the refs can't get enough of you morons

I am just thankful that we were an over-rated #1 seed Final Four team and not an over-rated #2 seed 2nd round loss team.

First of all I already knew duke shouldn't have been a 2 seed. I've been a duke fan for a while now and i know not to expect them to do anything in the tournament. They always start the season off strong and then fizzle out at the end. I love them but I know what to expect.

What a dumb post by a Dook fan.

Here's a question for you: Who is more overrated - a #1 seed that makes it to the Final Four, or a #2 seed that squeeks out a buzzer beater win against a #15 seed and then proceeds to lose in round 2 to the #7 seed? Pretty obvious answer there.

Saying you expected that out of your Dookies is a lame copout of an excuse. So, let me get this straight. You are basically saying that Dook is overrated every year then, right? If they always fizzle out, they shouldn't be getting high seeds in the tournament anymore.

Face it, Dook embarrassed the ACC this year in the tournament. Deal with it like a man and quit whining like a baby.

Actually, dick Vital was the only anchor to predict UNC to beat Kansas.. Everyone else picked Kansas to win that game, so you dont know what you're talking about.. Losing a game to the overall national champion isnt overrated. We were #1 and deserved it. duke was a 2 seed and didnt deserve it, but we saw it didnt matter. You really sound jealous Master6.

Go Heels!

Dude, just stop making yourself look foolish. Hansbrough swept the POY awards this year. And he deserved every single one. I tell you what, just because I am a nice guy, I will answer your question about Hansbrough by providing you the following stats:

Atlantic Coast Conference

 • Most Career Points as a Junior: 2,168 points
 • Most Free Throw Attempts, Career: 945
 • Most Free Throws Made, Career: 733
 • Most Free Throws Made, Single Season: 304 (2007-08)
 • Most Double-figure Scoring Games, Single Season: 39 (2007-08)
 • Ties Mark Alarie (Duke, 1985-86) and Johnny Dawkins (Duke, 1985-86)

 • Most ACC Rookie of the Week awards: 10 (2005-2006) - ties Kenny Anderson (Georgia Tech, 1989-90) [25]
 • Most Single-Season ACC Player of the Week awards: 8 (2007-08)

Records climbing

As of April 6th, 2008 [46]

 • #2 UNC - Career Scoring: 2,168 points (2005-08)

 • Record: 2,290 points by Phil Ford (1974-78)

 • #2 UNC - Most Points and Rebounds Combined, Career: 3,111 (2005-08)

 • #4 ACC - Career ACC Player of the Week awards: 9 (one in 2005-06 and eight in 2007-08)

 • #6 UNC - Career Scoring Average: 20.1 points (2005-08)

 • #8 UNC - Career Rebounds: 934 (2005-08)

 • #14 ACC - Points and Rebounds Combined, Career: 3,111 (2005-08)

 • #17 ACC - Career Scoring: 2,168 points (2005-08)

 • #33 ACC - Career Rebounds: 934 (2005-08)

I will conclude by reminding you that a junior owns those records you see above. Also, keep in mind that Tyler has scored more points through his junior season than your beloved JJ Redick did. KNow what that means? If he comes back for his senior year he would be on pace to score the most career points in ACC history. How exactly is Hans overrated, again?
