Tonight's Game between Denver and Golden State will be a huge deciding factor in who we might play in the first round? Who would we rather see in the 8th spot?

i really see it as a toss up.  after seeing what golden state did last year, i'd be afraid to wish to face them.  one way or the other, they're both damn good teams that we went 2-1 against this year.  either way, we'll be in for a good fight.  not only that, be we need to wrap up that #1 seed first.

I would much rather see Golden State than Denver because I want to see the possible playoff run. They beat the Mavs last year and i want to see the samething this year. Both are exciting offense teams, but Golden State is better and is the better bet to seal the 8th seed.

Denver alone because I want the chance to see Allen Iverson in action again, but Denver Nuggets has no chance of beating the Hornets in a 7 game series.

I would rather the mavs start loosing and get the 8th seed. Denver and Golden state can both out score anybody any night.

Careful for what you wish for Hornet fans. Denver has beaten Golden State twice in the last  week and beside that, part of the Reason the Warriors beat the Mavs last year was because the Warriors somehow matched up perfectly with Dallas and Avery Johnson melted down by adjusting to Don Nelson's quirky line-up.

Denver has way more playoff experience. Iverson has many playoffs game and finals experience, K-mart has seen the Finals twice, Camby has played the for Larry O'brien Trophy, and Mello is Making his 5 str8 Playoff appearance. Oh yeah, Anthony Carter has a  ring and this isn't George Karl's first rodeo either.

The Hornets have never seen the postseason, here in Denver we would like nothing more then to play the inexperienced Hornets.

Bring it on N.O.

The better question should be: how ready are you to play Dallas (7th seed) in the first round?  I like the Lakers chances of finishing the regular season atop the West.
