	As a Minnesota Wild fan, naturally I'd like to see the Dallas Stars win and face the Wild in round 2, but the reality half of my brain says the Dirty Ducks will win this series. Then again, a Wild/Ducks payback matchup wouldn't be all bad either:)

	It's too early to say that the Ducks will repeat, but they will get by the Stars. It wasn't long ago that the Stars looked like they were capable of catching Detroit for the President's Trophy. But they went on a slide, and I dont see them recovering now. Anaheim has experience, talent, and goaltending. Those are going to be too much for Dallas, so Ducks in 5.

	Every team in the western conference seems to have some kind of chance in these playoffs. I like the chances of the Ducks beating the Stars in this series with our defense and goaltending. We have been playing better and the playoffs plays to our type of game, physical and low scoring. I say Ducks in 6, but scoring has to come at some time because although Dallas might be smaller, they can still do some damage by getting around our guys.

	The Dallas Stars will take this series in 6 or 7 games My pick were the stars before the playoffs even started, I know they have'nt finished the post season as many expected to them especially after getting richards. But they will find a way to go deep into the playoffs As for the ducks they are not the same as last year. And after looking at the first game giguiere isn't looking that good.
