In response to a post by the edge, yes white people inslaved black people and i'm sorry for that. But, German's(White people) inslaved Jewish people sp does that mean we need a JET? Your arguement doesn't add up.

I get that this is a part of the "Freeman" existing-racist-everything rant, but it seems way off base if you don't accept that premise. I noticed there wasn't a readily available version of this complaint on the Doyle thread.

Love and Hansbrough are getting compared b/c they are the two best big men in the country and have led their teams to the Final Four. I think it's racist comparing the two only if you want it to be.

Is this writer for real? Didn't I read in a previous column he smoked cracked before?

How can I get a job at CBS? Apparently anybody can. Freeman is probably reading my reply and laughing, but hey buddy, your the one that has to get up in the morning and look in the mirror and say, "Yeah I wrote this crap."

Sad.

One question, was Corky Calhoun a Three-Time All-Amercian and National Player of the Year?

Perhaps you should be compared to Corky in the 80's Television show, "Life goes on."

Even though you are allowed to write these emabarrasing columns, Life does go on for the rest of us.........

Race? Are we crazy? Why is everything so blown out of proportion anymore. This isn't about race...this is about the two best big men in the final four. They are comparing them because...hmm...the final four is on Saturday. They don't have the same "skill sets" so called, but they do, for the most part play the same posistion and try to accomplish the same thing. So really it just comes down to who's better. But seriously...race? Thats ignorant. I have seen many white players be compared to other players that are black. I don't know. This just seems stupid that anymore in this country not only in sports, but other places too people try to turn it into a race issue. Come on.

Mike Freeman is just a trouble maker.  He causes most of ths b/s in his posts. He's a racists that still feels sory for himself and lives to keep the racism topic alive.

Great Job MIKE

After reading most of Mike Freeman's articles, I can only really come with a few explanations: 1.  Mike Freeman's daughter is dating a white boy.  2.  Tyler Hansbrough hooked up with a female in his family.  3.  He does not think white people should be aloud to play basketball.  4.  HE IS A RACIST.  5.  Probably #4

I can't believe that race is even being discussed on this board.  Last time I checked this was supposed to be about college basketball.  This article was about the best two big men in the final four.  You can't compare Tyler Hansbrough to Darrell Arthur or Jackson or Kevin Love to Joey Dorsey or Robert Dozier.  Those big men for Memphis and Kansas are good and will get drafted when they declare, but they are not the same caliber of college basketball players that Hansbrough and Love are.  So I can see why this article exists.  The fact of the matter is, Love is has been outshined by the likes of Beasley, Mayo, and even Eric Gordon when people discuss the best freshman.  Love has been solid all year and has stepped up his game even more in the postseason.  Love deserves the coverage.  He is one of the most well rounded (no pun intended) big men we have seen in college basketball in some time.  He can score, shoot, defend, pass, and he doesn't make many mistakes on the court.
