wow you have him putting up some pretty good power numbers then. he has alot of power show, he hit about 25 last year playing in petco, now he returns back to a hitters park, i really think he will have some good power numbers this year

He has to be gettting up in age too. Isn't he in his 30's? like around 34?

Isn't he in his 30's? like around 34?yes he's getting old but injuries havent been a big problem for him lately so what makes you think other than he's getting old, that he'll finnaly start developing big injury problems? Plus because he starts 25 games late he'll be alot fresher

We get SI at home and it was great to see Braun on the cover with some other stars. However, SI again gave no respect to the Brewers.....Going with the big ticket Cubs. Come on.... Reds over the Brewers, what, because that have the closer from last year? Watch, Cordaro will slide this year after signing the big contract.
The Brewers are one of only three clubs (Yankees and Rockies are the other two and both picked to finish 1st) that have 5 of their 8 starters ranked in the top 70 of SI's player rankings. The Dodgers have 4 of the top 70 but if you look at the top 75, then 6 of 8 of their starters are there. The Brewers are deeper in pitching.
Opening and closing the season against the Cubs is going to be great, assuming that they are fighting for the divison.

Although it is a lot easier to buy Kendall's career numbers. Kendall's career numbers are way better than Theriot's even though he's been playing longer. Not just like HR numbers but average numbers and obp numbers which are harder to maintain throughout a longer career.
