TY LAWSON IS BACK

Driving the lane, hittting 3's, finding the open man - This guy is the best in the nation -

UNC has faced teams that are dominated by SENIORS - The underlassmen make these squads look like thet should be thinking about retirement!!! -

GO HEELS!!

He's definitely one of the best, but I'm not sure that he's better than Augustin, who can create his own shot as well as others.

You cannnot just stop one Tarheel.  Yeah go ahead and try.

You want to run ? We will kill ya by 30. Want to play half court, we will kill ya by 20.

The only team that can beat the Tarheels this year is themselves.

Of the remaining teams in the field, Louisville will be their toughest test.

Lawson really is special - I keep having to remind myself that he's a Sophomore... hope he sticks around awhile.

No,

Not even the top 5. You have to remember there were better Carolina teams that didn't win it all.

I thought the 83-84 team with Kenny Smith and Micheal Jordan in the backcourt was one of the best in school history.

The 82 team was VERY VERY GOOD.

The 77 team that lost to Marquette is up there as well.

The 05 team was better than this team right here. Rashard McCants would've been the difference maker.

Also the 81 team is ranked on this list.

So in order
82
84
81
77
05

Tarheel teams.

Lawson can certainly create his own shot when going one on one against another guard, but I don't recall him ever taking it to the whole against the bigs like DJ does.  Case in point, look at tonights game.  DJ took it right at the Lopez twins and converted over 50% of his dribble penetration shots.  I'm pretty sure that Lawson would know better than to even attempt something like that.
