Who's better Welker or Chrebet. Both guys have great hands but Welker played with Moss and Brady...

I might be a little biased because Wayne "The Green Lantern" Chrebet, is my favorite player of all time.

It's a tough one. I think there's no doubt that Wayne had the better hands and better ability at going up for the ball, but I think Welker's field presence, speed, and agility is hands down better than Chrebet's.

Chrebet. His quarterbacks were not as good as Welkers and he still put up great numbers .

I'd say the jury is still out. Welker was OK in Miami but if he continues to light it up in New England for a few years, then maybe we can compare. Very similar skill sets though.
And btw, Chrebet is my favorite player of all time as well...in 8th grade I wrote him a letter for a class assignment and he sent me back an autographed card with my name on it. He just kicks a**. So I'd say at least personality-wise, Chrebet would probably win right now haha.

I agree its too early to tell, but Chrebet will always have the advantage due to heart.

Welker is definitely better. Brady may be better than Testeverde was, but if Vinny knew how to do anything, it was how to sling that pigskin. QB isn't my deciding factor, Welker is better in my opinion.

Wayne Chrebet by a mile. Not taking anything away from Wes Welker but he hasn't put his time in, at the school of hard knocks like Mr Chrebet. maybe if Brady goes down and welker puts up a solid season with castle playing as the quartereback, and he goes up the middle and takes two or three highlight making Michael Irvin sayin he just got cronked up for the TD or clutch first down, in one game. Then maybe five or six years from now he can be in the same breath as Mr. Chrebet.

Wes Wanker couldn't carry Chrebet's jock.
Retire #80. F--k Wanker.
