You forgot to add Cal St.-Fullerton as a quality win for Arizona.

The people voting 4 don't know anything about college basketball.

If a D2 team can beat UK and they can still make the tournament in the SEC.  Then there should be at least 6th in and the 7th on the bubble.  Also, USC and Washington have road wins against SEC teams in LSU and South Carolina.

Honestly, I will not be surprised at all if 4 teams get in. I have heard analysts say that the Pac will get 7 teams in.

What I think: 5 teams in

Arizona- in: The Wildcats are living on the edge right now. Now that Washington State has dropped out of the top 25 in the RPI, they now have no top 25 wins. They have a very good record when they are fully healthy, but good teams overcome injuries, and Arizona has not. They are also 4-8 in their last 12 games. Their SOS really is what puts them ahead of most other bubble teams, but I won't be surprised if they get left out.

Arizona State- out: I admit it, the Sun Devils will be headed to the postseason, but not the NCAA Tournament. The RPI and SOS are both in the mid-80's and both went down this morning despite not playing. They have a very good collection of wins, but the poor conference record and finish along with the RPI and SOS will prevent them from getting in.

Oregon- out: Oregon is too inconsistent of a team to get in. They finished the regular season on a 3-game winning streak, but they could not win a game in the conference tournament. They .500 conference record will hurt, and their bad losses, most notably Oakland, will ultimately bring them down.

What I think the committee will do: 6 teams in

Arizona- in
Arizona State- in
Oregon- out

Keep in mind that no Pac-10 has ever gotten into the NCAA Tournament with a .500 conference record or worse, and there could be 3 teams with those credentials this year.

What happend to the last twelve games?  Of the three, Oregon has the best record in the last 12 games and head to head...wins vs both ASU and Arizona.

As tough as the conference has been this year, I would love to see them get in.  But looking at their records, the thing that stands out glaring to me is this:  They did not take care of business outside the conference.

should be 6, if there is only 4 the NCAA's will be a joke this year, there will 9 teams out of the pac-10 playing in post season play and you cant tell me if a conference has 90% worthy of post season only 4 teams should get a shot at the NC? and everyone is consensus on Arizona right? well ASU is a lock, their SOS and RPI isnt so hot, but they wont the games against those crappy teams right, then have better wins than Arizona, are you really going to not allow a team cause they are a year ahead of schedule? they did expose the most overrated team in the nation as well...but also if Arizona (pac-10 no. 7) gets in how can you leave out the number 6 team who has more quality wins
