	He seems badly out coached by doc rivers. It seems after the half or after a time out the Celtics come out and play extremely well and make good plays. In this series after a Laker time out or the after the half, the Lakers have made a lot of unsuccessful plays. they didn't really do anything much different in game 1 and game 2. The Celtics are going to be ready for game 3. The questions will be answered. The Lakers will very likely get their first home playoff loss in this series, the question is whether they will suffer 2.

	This may be the most overlooked point of the series! Doc looks like a genious and Phil looks like a deer in headlights! When the coach is complaining and whining then I just don't see how you pull out of it. Phil looks frustrated and seems to be trying to come up with clever quotes for the press conference instead of fixing what is wrong

	I'm glad that others have been noticing the poor coaching by Phil Jackson. As I watched game two and the announcers kept saying how good the Celtics defense on Kobe was, and it really is great D they are playing, all I could say was is this the time that the coach is supposed to, you know, coach? Shouldn't he be doing his job by drawing up plays to get Kobe open? I know Freeman wrote an article a few days back about how Phil has been simply blessed with the best players in the game, a point I always believed was true. If he didn't have the best players onhis team, he wasn't going to coach. But I think that is now starting to show that he has relied on the players to take care of things and he isn't demonstrating he can keep up with good coaching like Doc Rivers is showing. Perhaps he ought to look at video of Detroit and see how they get Rip open so often and try to use some of those plays.

	You guys are crazy! Doc Rivers is shook up.........you guys are talking about a guy who has 9 rings. The Celtics are the ones under pressure. Phil is cool as a cucumber. Sometimes the best coaching is not coaching at all.............because, at the end of the day....players have to make plays..period. Phil stays with his system, rotations, etc, regardless of the situation. He never panics. Any change from your normal routine under pressure is a sign of panic. You'll never see Phil change. He did come out of the triangle in the 4th, but again, that was necessary due to the deficit. Needed some 3s to go down and needed Kobe to be the playmaker. This is how MJ and Kobe's games elevated to another level. His system is not set up for one guy to dominate the ball..........only in certain situations. Unlike LBJ or CP3. Those guys will always have ridiculous numbers because the systems are geared around them. But those guys' teams will always be easier to defend and knock out because of it.

	Sometimes the best coaching is not coaching at all. then why do coaches get paid so much money He never panics. Any change from your normal routine under pressure is a sign of panic so you think its normal for a coach to get upstaged by someone else and instead of saying what his plan of action is, he instead complains about his teams lack of free throws. the free throws descrepency was his fault because he didnt pound the whole (drive to the hoop) aspect into his players headsleon powe drove to the hoop more than the entire lakers team thats why he had 13 free throws and LA only had 10. But phil jackson doesnt want to admit that he is failing Unlike LBJ or CP3. Those guys will always have ridiculous numbers because the systems are geared around them. But those guys' teams will always be easier to defend and knock out because of it. i totally get the whole lebron factor but CP3 is the point gaurd he .... WHO PASSES to say that the offense revolves around him is a little strange its more acurate to say that he makes the offense work much like jason kid did

	Yup....and that's why Jason Kidd will retire with no rings. Phil isn't being upstaged. I've heard so many people complain about Phil's coaching style. Obviously it works.
