2004:  After starting placekicker John Kasay was hurt, Sauerbrun insisted on kicking himself (after fines for his being overweight were forgiven), refusing to let either Gramatica brother try out.

2004:  Charged with DWI.

2004:  Linked with a steroid supplier.  Traded to Denver the following March.

2006:  Suspended for using ephedra, a banned supplement.

2007:  Announced he would kick to and challenge Devin Hester on punts and kickoffs.  Hester returns one of each for touchdowns.  Later tried punting away from Hester, and had one blocked.  Named Keith Olbermann's "Worst Person in the World" for this episode.

2007:  Arrested after a run-in with a taxi driver.

If guys like Chris Henry are getting suspended for speeding tickets he should be suspended too. Hes a good punter but not the best punter which makes him expendable, there are only a few in the league who have a guaranteed spot like Shane Lechler. Hell Shanahan can go out and punt if he really wanted to Todd.

This guy causes more trouble off the field then he does on the field for opposing teams. Hes talking as if anyone actually cares about a punter. Maybe if you could play QB and WR too then you can run your mouth but dude you kick a ball once or twice a game.
