	Well they suck right now...but um no matter what I guarantee they'll have at least one other player on the AS team due to the rule that every team has to have at least one representative.

	Do you really think Mets homers aren't going to vote Wright in? Probably Reyes too, although anybody that knows baseball knows it should be Ramirez starting at short. Of course, the AS game is still a month and a half a way and things could be very different at that time.

	wright and reyes will go because of attendance in new york stadiums, Yankees and Mets, were voting takes place. it goes without saying that neither are deserving. homer all star's of the year, they should be called. plus santana and wagner are shoe ins

	Um, not that it matters much but two points: 1) Met and yankee fans DON'T vote for the other team's players. I know you might not know this since you're 1,000 miles away, but the two teams fans DON'T like each other. 2) The manager and his coaching staff choose the pitchers. Maine not getting in had nothing to do with the fans, Larussa made the decision.

	What is All-star based on?...because if you're going to base it on numbers and not popularity then name me one name outside of Ludwick that has put up better numbers then Ryan Church as of today as a Right Fielder? don't bother it's zero. And with the exception of Chipper Jones, name one 3rd baseman that has better numbers then wright in the NL? yea....no one.... so please spare us this punishment of players who have beens tops at their position while the rest of the team sucks. If Wright and Church continue their pace and they don't make it and some struggling shmuck makes it from another team it will just as bad as if Beltran made it.

I think you could make an argument for Ryan Braun, who has a better batting average, more homers and more RBI's than David Wright. Wright does have more walks and stolen bases, though.
