Good: 

Red Sox got the double-dip today and won BOTH games!!!

Red Sox are in first places ....  save the % points talk  ... Rays haven't played as many road games as the Red Sox and should tail off soon enough!  Unless they're for real, i'm not sold on em yet ... but good for them so far!!!

Daisuke is still tearing it up ...   7 - 0  ...   2.15 ERA   ... and the best part today .. only 2 walks!!!  DOMINATIING!!!

Papelbon got his 12 save!!!

Lugo, Crisp, and Drew are all back!   Sure it's easy to pick on these guys, but Sox need the depth that they all provide.

Bad:

Pap also let up a bomb  ...  but the Sox were up by 3 and he looked like he just grooved it in there and said hit it if you can ... bottom line, he got the save!

Okajima has a sore wrist  ...  eh  ... he'll be back soon enough!

4 errors in 2 games  ...  Milwaukee wasn't any better!   There were some outstanding catches as well ...  Cora's over-the-shoulder to end the game was nice!  Good thing Lugo was taken out ... although, can't understand why Manny wasn't also taken out with Crisp on the bench.  Either way, it worked.

Ugly:

Yankees  ...  LOL  ... need i say more  ...  of course i do!!!

Pettitte is  0 - 4 in his last 5 starts  ...  good ole Andy is showing his age ... no more "boost" to help him out now! 

Joba  ...  2 hits and 1 ER  ... ERA rising to  2.95   ....  league is catching up to him!  Buzzzzz  ... Rut Row!  And why on earth was he in a game the Yanks were losing 6-4 already for  ....  great managing by Girardi i guess!  

And the best for last ...  emphasis on the word LAST!!!  ....  Yanks have sole possession of the cellar in the A.L. East  ... aaaaaand have the 3rd worst record in the A.L.  ....  guess $209 million doesn't guarantee anything this year ... not without the "BOOST"   Woops!

Dare i say it  ...  Rocky-Moose and his 88 mph fastball are the only thing keeping the Yanks from dropping off the map ...  give it time.

Posada could very well be DONE .... that's kinda sad actually seeing as he's one of the few remaining "true" Yankees left on the team!  

There are no young guns coming to help the team ... they've already been with the team ...  unless Rasner becomes the next great find, good luck with that!

Sorry Big-D  ....  i don't see these Yanks coming out of this one ... there are no teams willing to make bone-head trades ... not unless the Yanks give up the farm.  Can't see em doing that as they already passed up on Santana to keep the young guys ... which is the right move ...  Yanks simply have to ride out the next 2 years and they will be fine .. if Spanky Hanky looses his head, it's only going to get worse!

If the Cavs beat the Celts .. i guess that's the only saving grace for Yankee fans!  Then we see em crawl out from under the rocks again ..... 

That game is simple as this ...   if Paul Pierce shows up and drives the lane with passion, the Celts win easy ....  if not, and Lebron has a good game it will be a battle till the final minutes.   I'm just as shocked this series went to 7 as the last one  .. but it's never easy for Boston fans ... we're used to it.  I actually think Detroit will be an easier opponent if the Celts get through this one.
