It would be great if you were right.
My gut tells me the Cavaliers will show up to play, there will be no repeat Game 7 blowout like the one of the Hawks. IF the Celtics play a complete game, offensively and defensively, I think they win. If at any point in the game they suffer one of those 7 minute stretches where they either can't score (like Game 6) or can't stop the Cavs from scoring (again like Game 6) I see us being in trouble.
We have no idea how the Big 3 will handle crunch time in a must-win situation. The Hawks game was never close so it wasn't an issue, but here I expect a very close game. If the Celts can maintain the team first attitude, make the extra pass, and play unselfishly maybe we can pull it out. However, if any of the three go into "me first" or "I'm going to win it for us" mode (especially when you consider Paul Pierce and Ray Allen have been terrible offensively), we could implode and the Cavs will be headed to Detroit to take on the Pistons.
