Chill out, it's just a blog, the purpose of which is for fans to celebrate their teams' success when they're winning, and bitch and whine about what's wrong when they aren't. It's what sports fans do.
You're taking it far too seriously.

We just are offering our opinions. nothing more, nothing less. Except when people fight over who is right or wrong. Then they are trying to act like a smart @$$.

Well let's see...I never played any baseball above high-school, I was never really any good to take it anywhere, I don't know anybody to get a foot in the door, but most importantly, nobody's ever asked me.
Seriously though, this is what fans do. Complaining about this is like complaining about the way fans have complained about their teams for hundreds and maybe thousands of years (depending on the sport).
If we didn't share in the frustrations and scrutiny of the team, it wouldn't be fair for us to enjoy winning. That's my take on the subject. It doesn't matter if it is my favorite baseball team or my college classroom; if I think something is being handled wrong, no matter what level it's on, I like to let my feelings be heard. These guys are all multi-millionaires (for the most part). Their salaries should at least compensate them for the measely squabbles by us mere peasants.

I critisize our manager, because I think he should have been fired last season. I have been a Brewers fan since the early 80's. The managers when we were horrible didn't get much slack. We have more talent now then ever since about the '83 or '84 season. So the blame falls to the the skipper, right? I loved Phil Garner but he got canned because he didn't have much talent. I am sick of excuses for Ned. He is a BS manager. Milwaukee doesn't remember what it is like to have a consistant winner, and we deserve a better manager while the window is open with this young talent that Melvin and Jack Zuredsick are suppling.
Anyone else think its odd that Jack Zuredsick was named Executive of the year last season as the head of scouting for the Brewers. That has never happened before that it didn't go to a GM or Manager. We have the talent period. They are not performing, and its the managers job to get them to perform.

Do any of you guys know who was managing in AAA 3-4 years ago. Just curious as to who was leading our young group of players when they were putting up big numbers in triple A. It wasn't Jim Skaalen was it?? I've been thinking about who may be best to replace Yost if it came down to it, and the best I can think of is someone who has experience with this young group of players. If it was Skaalen, well then I would toss this thought out the window. I'm with Saint because I lost confidence in Yost last year in the stretch run, but I'm not ready to see him go now, unless we have a viable replacement. But in all honesty it looks like an attitude change is needed, the team is talented, they just fail to perform to their abilities. Attitude and Mental Tougness is what seems to be lacking for this team at this time.

Not to mention i'm 24, finishing up my degree in a field other than business, finance or management. I don't think MLB looks to too many biotech majors to fill their managerial or GM vacancies.
