Well said TheGreek, it is good to see sometimes that people can actually talk sports without being for lack of a better word stupid. I love reading your posts, and a lot of the posts of the people you mentioned. Posting on here helps me accomplish nothing at work and makes the days go by quickly.
But your lucky UF plays Aug 30. I have to wait a whole freakin extra week until Sept 6th to see if the Irish have improved at all.

I enjoy all of you, especially the SEC OSU fights. They make my day every time that I am trying to shirk actually working. By that I should probably mean every minute....
Either way, I think that for the most part there is a lot of quality, (reasonably) objective debate on these boards. We are all homers some of the time, and Greek called out guys that for the most part try to leave that at home, so to speak.
Keep it coming fellas (and ladies) Football season will be here soon, I hope!

Greek,
Solid post as usual. Thanks again for your kind words and I agree with your sentiments of other posters and many others you didn't mention that fall into my list of favorites.
What alot of the newer people here don't realize is that are many of us that have known each other for quite sometime now. What you don't see on this board are the P.M.'s we send back and forth & the e-mails where we speak to each other. Many of us also speak by phone, get together for games, golf or hanging out just to tie one on. Some have found new careeres and moved to new states to start a new life and I'm happy to say one of my friends and his family from Ohio will be living right next to me soon here in Louisiana. I've meet some really great people here and many I would definitly consider honest to goodness friends.

I'm gonna be honest with you TheGreek, after the debacle in the desert I really did not like UF. I was knocked off my high horse, but after having some disputes and agreements with UF fans and other SEC fans on here I have let it go for some time. I still won't by Gatorade anymore though, I'm a Powerade man for life....

Oops, hit the post button on accident.... That should say "buy" Gatorade....
While I've learned to let it go, what may be more important is that I've learned to accept people's opinions except for those based on cassellism....

osufanatic,
I don't think I've purchased any Tostitos products since January 1996. The 1996 Tostitos Fiesta Bowl was the Gator's debacle in the desert.
