Barring injuries I see them finishing 2nd and might win the wild card.

I say first.

Other than Sonny, our entire roation has an era under 4. Boston just put a pitcher on the DL while ours are coming off the DL. We were playing very good ball with injuries to Garza and Kazmir. Flloyd is back and provides a reliable bat which we desperatly need. David Price could/should be called up later in the year and will be the fifth installment into the rotation moving Andy to the pen. Moving him to the pen would put another young arm in there. Dioneer started hot but is just cooling off game-by-game. Riggans needs to get more playing time. We will really see if we are a contender around the trade deadline. Hopefully we make one move to get us another stable bat.

BoSox don't have the defense if their pitchers are getting smacked around

Tor-lower-priced Yankees. Over-priced players under performing

NY-old, washed up, need A-Rod back

Bal-haha. They already fell off of first, they'll be comfortably in last in no time.

I have never been a Navvy fan, but come on.  The guy is just on fire this year hitting.  I would like to cool down if that meant adding 40 points to by BA.  I do still agree with his nickname of Whiskers though.  You can't beat those cat like reflexes.

Yeah, I don't see Navarro being cold at all; I think he has been one of the hottest hitters in baseball right now!

What games are you watching? Maybe a different Dioner Navarro..

I really hope the Rays can sustain their positioning but I really do see them as finishing 2nd in their division and probably 2nd overall in the AL (getting the wild card). Boston just has a stout team all around with a nice mix of young talent and veterans. Unless they choke it up, they will probably get on a roll and win a lot of games. If we keep pace with them, no doubt we'll make the playoffs. I would just love to see us sweep them again, my girlfriend's roomate is a HUGE, ANNOYING Boston RedSox, Patriot, and Celtics fan. I think we can all agree that they are the absolute WORST!

I voted finishing in 2ND...  Only because Boston has everything needed to win the division and another world championship...

With that said, the Rays might finish second but they will still get the wildcard position if they keep playing good ball like they are now, but that is the key...  Don't get to relaxed, go out there and play hard like you have been doing so far this year... Remember not to long ago, in a galaxy not to far from here, we were sucking the slim from the basement floor year in-year out...

Other than that, why not take the wildcard...  That way when we make it to the ALCS, Boston has no one to blame but themselves when they loose to the Rays...  Having home field advantage, the veterans and all...
