	I think it could be good for Arroyo with all the young hitters in the lineup. Heres how some of the Marlins have fared against Bronson Arroyo. Luis Gonzalez - 3 for 13 with 2 doubles Jorge Cantu - 2 for 11 Cody Ross - 0 for 1 Dan Uggla - 3 for 4 with a home run (stay away from this guy) Alfredo Amezaga - 1 for 3 Jeremy Hermida - 1 for 2 Mike Jacobs - 1 for 3 The Marlins most feared hitter, Hanley Ramirez has never faced Arroyo. If Arroyo can keep the ball down, and avoid the free passes, he could have a good game. If he get that flat slider up in the zone, he will give up some ding dongs to this team.

	The problem I see with Arroyo tonight is that he is pitching on just 3 days rest. I know he doesnt throw very hard, but he does throw a lot a breaking balls which wears on the arm. Most pithers traditionally dont pitch well on short rest. I guess we will see.

	Nati... historically Bronson Arroyo is incredibly good on short rest. 3.05 ERA in 3 or 4 outings. And tonight I'd say, so far so good, knock on wood. no jinx and so on.

	7th inning, Arroyo still out there. Pitching shutout ball. Unbelievable! Two good outings in a row for him. It's about time. This hopefully is the start of something good.

	Maybe Arroyo needs to pitch on short rest all the time. Pitcers back in the day pitched on 3 days rest all the time. He will now have 3 wins out of 5 starts on short rest as a Red.
