Lemaire, "I am having a hard time relating to these young kids. It seems they are not all buying into what I've been telling them."
Doug, "Things sure have changed since we were playing. What are you thinking you want to do?"
Lemaire, "I don't know. I love the game but I might want to have more time for myself."
Doug, "Would you ever consider a reduced role with the organization?"
Lemaire, "Scout?"
Doug, "Scouting, public relations, all of those functions."
Lemaire, "Sounds good to me."
