Okay, first off...

Kobe is the best damn player in the NBA.

To compair Lebron to Kobe is just stupid. I know both players are great, but Lebron just isn't the player Kobe is.

Kobe will go down in history as the best basketball player ever....

Why was Kobe named on the first team all defense???

Hmmm, maybe it's because he is that damn good.

There is a reason why every player in the league respects Kobes game and there is a reason why he won the MVP this season.

He plays good defense and should have been named on the first team all defense.

Not too sure why Lebron wasn't mentioned, but you really shouldn't compair apples to orange's.

Bottomline is, Kobe is just that good. You can try to take whatever you wish from him as a fan, but on the court he can't be touched.

I personally believe he is the best in the N.B.A at this time and until someone else can do the things he does then I will say otherwise.

Can all these people with no life or purpose stop coming onto our boards and starting stupid threads like....shocking... and mvp recount....if you dont like what you see .....

1.) stop watching basketball

2.) pick a different team to cheer for

3.) find some friends and tell them how great lebron or paul is so they will vote for them for mvp

I mean come on guys...if char was not dumb enough to trade kobe they would be cheering for him.

Its like having a kid....even if they sucked at sports...you chear your butt off for them.  that is waht a true fan is and that is all you will find here at the Lakers board.  yeah disagree but do it on ur own board please...we got other better things to talk about.
