I for one am glad he is getting boo'd. He is a liar, he didn't like playing in Utah so he left. Way to use your daughter as your best poker chip you bum.

I totally agree. I think it is interesting that nobody is reporting about where his daughter is getting treated. She is currently getting treated in New York. Explain to me how moving 800 miles further from New York Helps your daughter. It must be the smog that helps.

To be honest, who in the right mind would want to live in SLC instead of LA? You Jazz fans are just pathetic for hating Fisher for not wanting to be stuck in Utah with morons like you.

I think this is a little drastic...calm down YCF. Fisher had some serious matters to take care of and the circuitous route to take care of his daughter's needs eventually landed him L.A., for a lot of different reasons - no harm, no foul.
I did think it was interesting though that Kirilenko also needed to seek refuge in L.A. to take care of his visa issues at a precipitous moment...let's face it, L.A.does have its advantages...

Yeah I know. I've followed Derek's career for more than a decade to know what kind of person he is. I'm just having fun with these Jazz fans who have such an irrational hatred for the Lakers.

Keeping with your analogy, hopefully Fisher considers his daughter to be more than jack high. I can live with somebody with your intelligence thinking my post was the dumbest of the year, I actually prefer it that way.

Has anybody thought that maybe the reason Fisher left Utah for LA had little to do with the proximity of the hospitals but perhaps with money. I don't have anything to back this up but it may helpful to find out how much Fisher is being paid in LA as opposed to Utah. Could be that he needed a little extra grain to get his daughter the care she needed.
Also, kudos to the Jazz management for releasing him from his contract whether he was making an excuse or not. Classy move.
