Neshek is hitting the DL for what will likely be the rest of the season. This is a big blow for the Twins' bullpen and leaves eigth inning duties up for grabs. Who do you think takes his place when we're up by one in the eigth?

This is obviously a big hit to our team, Neshek is one of my favorite palyers and can absolutley dominate when he's healthy.  I think this leaves us with a few options, with the one making most sense being this...

Start off by giving Crain and Reyes most of the 8th inning situations.  They are more spot pitchers, though, and I think this Bobby Korecky kid we called up could take over the 8th inning spot in the bullpen.  He was a closer in AAA and it would be a great situation to put him in.  He can learn from one of the best in Nathan, and if he has a role with the Twins, it will more than likely be an 8th inning guy.  Throw him in and see how he does.  We've got nothing to lose by doing it, and he may turn out to be a huge find.  From what I've seen so far, I've liked his pitching.  He just needs to get settled down and know his role with the team.
