So is he coming back tomorrow or coming back wednesday? I think he should be back by Wed. the latest. We really need him against Linko or at least for walton to start instead of vlad rod who has not been doing much. vujacic and farmar need to step it up because they did not make one shot between each other on friday. 0-9 between the two... if they made 3 shots between the two of them...we win. their lack of offense and defense made us lose that game is my belief. Turiaf...stay out of foul trouble...i know he is a decoy so we don't lose odom or gasol, butyou dont have to do it so much...only played 13 minutes...w need him playing atleast 20 with more than 5 boards. Honeslty a bad performance from the bench if your name is not Luke Walton. Also we need more odom making shots...isnt he the third option? fish had 6 shots and odom 3. we need him to take it more. he takes 3 more shots and makes 2. we down by only 1 with 15 to go. Honestly though I think it is the lack of the bench that had us lose. Good thing Ariza will be back soon to play some D against Linko and help with boozer and help stop D will going in. lets go lake show....we need game 4. I said before we would probably lose this one, but i know we will win game 4. Like I said before... Lake show in 5.

R u sure? I heard he was going to have a third opnion due to the fact that the 1st and 2nd were conflicting. That would be great if it's so. We need a perimeter defender, great news if it's true.

I'm not sure on Ariza because hasn't played in 3 1/2 months and has little experience in the triangle offense. It would mean less minutes for Walton who has played well off the bench in the playoffs. Granted, Ariza brings better defense than Walton, however you are giving up some offense and passing ability Luke posseses. It would be really difficult to enter Trevor into the rotation since its been set since early April.

No on Ariza. Only if we F up for a few games and have no other alternatives. Put him in with blow out situations. Otherwise, next series, and even then maybe. Jazz played sick in last game, can they keep it up? Lakers didn't play bad except o boards, but thats been all season. Ariza won't do much at this point.

Dude Like I said...If their jersey did not have walton on the back and they came off the bench... they played bad. Farmar and vujacic no baskets...if they made just 2 or 3...we win the game...and turiaf...one board and 5 fouls...i know he is a decoy but 5 fouls in 13 minutes...come on....very bad for us. gasol and kobe both played...i think... a little to miuch with 82 between the two. Kobe showed he was not tired, but as the game came to a close...gasol was almost no where to be seen. I gotta say... the bench lost the game for us...no shots made and not enough rest for the big men. hope its better sunday.
Lets go lake show...sasha and farmar 20 points between the two... we win!!!

How do you feel about the Jazz now? I hope you've opened your eyes a little. Like I said before a lot of you Laker homers, like yourself, are navie enough to think this is dominate Laker team of the past. They AREN'T!!! They might win this series but if they do it will be in 7 games and it will be a close one!!

Good news out of Laker practice today: Trevor Ariza has indeed been cleared to practice without restriction. He'd been deemed ready by two independent doctors, who felt that his fractured foot had sufficiently healed.
When he is actually ready to suit up for a game is still TBD, but this is obviously a nice piece of news today. Even if he's not ready to go for Game 5, I'd love to think that he can travel to Utah for Game 6 and go if necessary - how awesome a return to action would that be?!?!, especially if Derek (God forbid) gets into early foul trouble again.

Lovin' the "Grandma's Boy" avatar....., funny ass movie....
We'll see where Phil uses Trevor in this next series. I hope by the 3rd or 4th game, he starts in place of Radmon.... He's been a joke this season.... Not sure what his contract is (Radmon), but hope to see him gone next year.
