iho, very funny post!  I do have trouble understanding why you went to the trouble just to say that you were bore and didn't care.  If you're a golfer, watch the mental side on the final 4 or 5 holes.  Compare it to watching Tiger and therein lies the major differance between Tiger and the rest of the field.  Don't ya think?

conn....good points. however, it was " no trouble " for me to take 3 minutes to type my feelings and thoughts. and you pretty much agreed with me didnt you, when you said for me to watch the last 4-5 holes, and think of the mental part of the game?. notice, you did not say to watch the  level of PLAY of the golf.  watching golf without the world's number one, is kinda like watching the heavvyweight boxing division for the last few years. we NEED the BEST! if any of you are a student of the art of pugilism, then you are fully aware of my perspective on that division, and you would be remiss, if you did not agree with me. i think the comparison of the two is right on. half of us will cheer for the greatest, and half of us will hate him.        I agree with BABYGEEZ......If I have to pick 4 tournaments a year to watch, then it is going to be Masters, The Open, Players, US open. But  the Players will never be a Major and that's ok  because in the fan's eyes it is a major and looked forward too every year. You must be getting ready for the HUGE "waterski jumping" season at the lake as well, eh, dim? There must be ALL kinds of competitions at the lake for you "pirfessional water-ski jaumperz".......

........I'm sure ESPN, ABC, CBS and NBC have scheduled camera crews to head there to record ALL the excitement that will be taking place once all you pirfessioanl jaumperz hit the waters with those rivoting performances jumping off of that nasty ol' scary, wooden, jumping ramp......Ooooooooooooh,...the shear excitement must be the talk of the whole lake community up there, dim.....!!  I bet nobody watches golf on television when those "ski-jaumpin' competitions are going on at the lake....!!
