VERLANDER

Dumped him and J. Upton for Marcum and C. Beltran

So far Marcum has given me 2 solid starts and Beltran has been even with Upton.

So glad to have rid JV. Tiger bullpen is horrible and JV keeps getting outpitched.

Jered Weaver outpitched him and JW has been Awful. Royals killed him last night.

I just know Carlos will pick it up and hit his .275 to ..285 or more and Upton will come back down to earth.  

Marcum and two solid starts?

Marcum was one out away from a complete game shutout last night with 9 K's. That would have been one of the top 5 pitching performances of this year.

Marcum is a heck of a lot more than just a solid pitcher. He's been compared to a young Greg Maddux. Watch for him to make his first of many all-star teams this year!

Thanks, I was laughed at when I made deal as Verlander was my first pitcher drafted.

I honestly believe that you made one big mistake in ridding Justin Verlander just  one month into the baseball season !  I know as the season goes on, he will come back to haunt you !  Right now he's not the same pitcher as he was last season, but that will turn around soon. I agree that he may be hurting your team as of now, but he still is an elite pitcher and will put it into high gear real soon. Sure wish I had him on my Fantasy team, for I know he would help me down the road. BIG MISTAKE pal !
