Vindication?
How are the Pats vindicated? Seriously? How does the news that Walsh only has tapes of more cheating vindicate the Pats and Bill Belichick? Okay, there is no walkthrough tape. Good! I'm glad that the, so called, best team of this decade didn't stoop to all time lows. How does that make any better what they did do? You can all say that "every team does it" or "there are teams that do worse" but name one. Where's the evidence? It wasn't just "one game of one season" as Patomatic keeps saying. These tapes show the pattern from the moment that Belichick took over the HC job in New England. Granted, the Pats, and Belichick, already admitted to this crime, but admitting guilt doesn't make you innocent!
There will be no apologies from us. Maybe, Patomatic, you and your brethren should be apologizing to us. It is your team, after all, that has given the NFL a black eye. It was your team who cheated and no longer deserves our trust or our respect. There will be no apologies...

I will admitt that Ray Lewis may not have been an accomplice to murder, but he definitly was obstructing justice. Many of your fellow Patriots fans say he IS a murderer which he is not.
Now how many of your fellow Patriots fans will admitt that their head coach cheated by videotaping opponents coaches signals sent into the game for competitive advantage? How many will admitt that it is an issue of what was taped not where it was taped from?
The biggest difference is that the Ray Lewis thing has run its course through the legal system and came to a conclusion 9 years ago, the Bill Belicheck thing will start in 5 more days.

The Patriots are still cheaters. They just didn't tape a Super Bow walk thru but they still cheated in dozens of other games including the 2002 AFC championship. TAINTED!!!

I get that you are all happy that Walsh didnt have to much evidence, other wise he would have supplied it much sooner. I am so sick of all this and was glad to see nothing more came from it. I hate the Pats and my wife loves them, but I was just hoping everyone could now move forward after Walsh was done with his antics.

Your statements make you look like a fool. You dont have to benefit from something to be a cheater. A rule was in place, it was broken, he cheated. You are right, he didnt gain anything from it, but that in no way means it wasnt cheating.
Here is a definition of it for you:
a person who acts dishonestly, deceives, or defrauds
I am glad everyone can move forward from this and let it go, hopefully. But dont make your fans look worse by saying he never cheated.

Apologize for the fact that the Patriots have not done anything on the field worth noting? They are frauds. We all know it. They cheated. They were not punished for cheating. Sorry but the slap on the wrist that they received from the league did not fit the infraction. They have only made it to one legit Super Bowl, and guess what, they were kicked all over the field. They are a joke. What is the difference between the early 90s Buffalo Bills and the Y2K Patriots? The Bills got to all those Super Bowls on their own merit, something the Patriots can't say. These guys are suckiest bunch of sucks that ever sucked. They are a laughing stock. They are the ENRON of the NFL.

Am I stuck in a sub-space anomaly caused by a rift in the time space continuim? Everything here is stating that it is only May 8, 2008, not May 14, 2008. Just because the videotapes were sent to the NFL today doesn't mean that this thing is over. It just means that the evidence was sent to the NFL offices in anticipation of the May 13th meeting. For being a group of fans that believe you are so much smarter and have a greater grasp on reality, you sure aren't proving it with all of these posts.
