Are the "Hatriots" supposed to be sorry for being upset with the Pats for cheating, or for thinking that they did more cheating than they actually did?

Read it and weep. This is proof positive that the Patriots aren't the only ones getting caught cheating. If any of you dolts actually take the time to read that post (about the 5th one down) you'll clearly see that this clandestine crap goes on with each and every team. EACH AND EVERY TEAM But since the Pats went 18-1, they get the grief. It's not really an advantage if everybody's doing it, is it? I mean if I cheat and put NO2 in my car before a race, is it an advantage if everybody else is doing it too? Or does it come down to the individual driver's ability?

Anyway - You all were saying that the Patriots were done for, and that Walsh, this bastion of integrity, was going to singlehandedly bring down the Patriots. Even still I'm reading that the tape of the Rams Walkthrough is legit, and is now being covered up by the NFL. Coaches, Players, Owners of teams 'victimized' by the Patriots are all in agreement - THIS IS NO BIG DEAL. THIS IS BLOWN OUT OF PROPORTION. Don't believe me? Look it up your own selves. Oh yea - steelerman, do take time to refer to the part where Cowher and Rooney both stated without question that this had nothing to do with them losing the game to the Patriots. If you're not going to go by what THEY say, then what will convice you? Who's a more reliable source than those two? (ANSWER THAT)

What in the wide wide world of sports would one apologize for!? This has been AWESOME! I don’t care if they cheated or not. I don’t care if any of their cheating had any affect on the outcome of any game. I couldn’t possibly care less weather “everyone” is doing it or not.
Here is what has happened partially thanks to the media and “Hatriots” (I love that by the way…thinking about having a jersey made up with that) and partially thanks to the fact that they just couldn’t quite get it done when it comes right down to it (never really cared one way or another about the Giants before this year by the way…you guys got a new fan)
New England goes 18 and 1…a feet already accomplished by other teams and no big deal...EXCEPT…no one else had a perfect season riding on that last game so it goes down as the biggest choke of all time! The dictionary used to have a picture of Mark Norman under “choker”…now it’s a picture of some kind of stupid looking flying head with a hat that has a start on it.
For ever here to forth known as “Bellicheater” ACTUALLY HELPS NFL fans hate them more by just being his usual charming self.
The media takes the ‘they cheated’ ball and RUNS with it! Who cares!? Apparently most NFL fans…weather you hate em or love em you’re all on the posts egging it on! THANK YOU…simply by keeping it alive for SO long, true or not, any affect or not, we will ALWAYS associate 18 and 1, “almost” undefeated, Patriots, bellichick, Super Bowl XLII, and etc with the most hated football team of ALL TIME.
I personally look forward to, over the MANY years to come, throwing this ‘non-issue’ back out on forums and getting everyone worked up all over again. The world will hate the patsies for EVER.

Mike, I like your style. But, you forgot one tiny little detail... The cheaters, I mean Patriots, won't even be considered the best 18 and 1 team of all time, because they couldn't close the deal at the end.

Stridoo, I'm just having fun with the whole story. But remember the Patriots have been relevant to the football world since what, 1995? The Steelers have been losing free agents year after year and doing things the right way. Cowher and Rooney are probably right, but what did you expect them to say? Of course they are going to take the high road. Anyone who knows the Steelers organization would expect nothing less. Of course if something came out about the Steelers chaeting, I would have to be ready to take my lumps as well. Any true fan of any team would.

the Patriots aren't the only ones getting caught cheating.
Does not make the Patriots non-cheaters. If you steal and there are other people stealing, you are still a thief.
It's not really an advantage if everybody's doing it, is it?
Then why do it? There must be incentive behind willfully breaking the rules (even after being warned about it). Just because there is a perception that no advantage was being gained doesn't make it ok, its still cheating.
They were found guilty, and punished. IT IS OVER.
I agree..... for now anyway.

So let me get this right you want the rest of the world to apologize to the Patriots because they got caught cheating on a host of other games, but not the one everyone thought. Well I am sorry that you are posting something like that, suck it up but please dont record me posting this.
