If you guys want to INSULT us, why don't you go to another thread on another message board on another team so we don't have to listen. We (the Pats) have admitted our mistakes, our "cheating" and have moved on. I don't understand why you all can't do the same? Show some class! Be respectful! We're sorry, we've moved on. You guys? Nope. Still thrashing away: "WAH! The Patriots cheated!" "It's not faaaair!". I respect everyone's opinion and their right to express it, but please express them somewhere else. In case you didn't notice, the title of this thread is "Pats Haters Can Apologize Here" Not "Pats Haters Can Complain and Whine Here". Please, start another thread in your team's message board and vent there. And, please, move on and look towards next season. The 2009 season is starting, what happened happened, that is the past. Forgive and forget.

Now I' curious, if everyone 'apoligizes' does that mean that the patsies will admit that they lost the Super Bowl and are therefore NOT the best team last year?

I'm no Pats hater, but you're nuts if the think the evidence would make anyone ask forgiveness.
On the contrary 100% actually. It showed there was more going on than most of us knew before the Globe article and much more than what the Pats were originally penalized for last year.

Now, all kiding aside, I understand that all teams try to gain an advantage on the oppostion, but how can we be sure of how widespread this practice was among the Patriots? We now have positive of what, 8-10 confirmed instances, of the taping, how many more instances have escaped the light of day? 8-10 games is half a season, if they all resulted in a win, then that has a very direct impact on their Super Bowl victories. Again, not saying anything negative about the patriots, just looking at the facts. Who's to say that several of those instances resulted in teams having to come to NE to play in the playoffs, when the results COULD have been different if NE had to travel to an opponents field and play. Also, please do not think that I am so naive as to think that NE is the only team to do this, they are just the ones caught with their hand in the cookie jar. IMHO, the videos should be posted for all to view and make their own determination\opinion. However, this will place an asterisk beside the patriots from this point forward, 8-10 confirmed cased, how many escaped the light of day?

Now I know you didn't start this thread, but if you don't want to be insulted, you can start by not putting such an idiotic thread on the NFL General board. Not that I think you would have gotten a good response even if it was on the Pats board, seeing as the premise for this thread is quite moronic.
