Work begins on new scoreboard at Coliseum

New scoreboard and new lighting.....

Should create an even better atmosphere.

The Coliseum has really held up to time and is still a great place to see a bball game

Anyone know when the floor was last redone? Was it the year (99-00) it was shut down? It'll be refreshing to see a new floor. Hopefully, clean, blue/gold, no imitation basketballs filling up space inside the 3 point zone.

The lighting will be huge especially on TV. And Mountaineer Field will be so jealous of a new scoreboard.

Like Mountie, can't wait to see when it's done.

That's good to see.  This past season, I don't know why, but that old scoreboard was really bugging me.  I kept hoping there would be some aesthetic changes made pretty soon and it looks like they will be.

Gotta love the Coliseum, but those improvements promise to make the experience even more exciting!  Not to mention our new recruit...
