Antwaan Randel El's recent surgery leaves the Redskins in an interesting position. Randel El is really a third threat on this team, following Santana Moss and Chris Cooley. This injury might make him a fourth threat on the team. If he can't perform at a high level in the offseason practices and workouts, Malcolm Kelly or Devin Thomas has the potential to move ahead of him on the depth chart. This might be for the best, as Randel El might be suited best to line up in the slot. I hope that he can get healthy though, so the Skins don't need to insert rookies into the starting line up immediately.

I think it'd actually be good for both Kelly, Thomas, and enen Fred "Sleepy" Davis to get some extra time at the WR position. It can't hurt at least.

I'm just glad it's not a serious injury. Rather have it done now then during the regular season. I hope Campbell stays healthy too.

Well , I feel  that with Jim Zorns hands on methods with the rookies might be just what they need. Experience is a good teacher also. I say, turn those rookies loose lets see what they can do. I don't feel that  Devin Thomas or Malcom Kelly will let us down!

I have to agree with this....Washington Has Some Pretty good threats at Wide Reciever and Tight End...such as Moss, Cooley, Randle El...but the rookies are looking pretty promising at  being great NFL Wide Reciever Possiblely the best in the League...but its going to take them a while to get there but with Zorn at coach it shouldnt take long for them to be some very serious threats to other teams
