Look, I'm not a Barry hater, neither do I blame him for initiating steroids, it was Jose Canseco and his bash buddy, and if you don't know him you don't need to know his name. You ever heard their is no honor among thieves, what makes all of you honor the word of Jose Canseco, anybody know his background, man he couldn't even drive the legal limit in his fancy shault, wasn't he married to Juan Marischal's daughter ??? I may have this wrong, but if it was, I think her name was Esther, the 2 of them can tell you some stories on this steroid user, he didn't just name Barry and Barry ain't the only one who denied. Now for Barry to get some court money, their has been collusion, can you name me all the old players baseball has picked up at risk, one just retired yesterday, Julio, how long did Henderson lead off, run the bases, what if you kicked ol Gimpy off the Dodgers in 88', that historic moment wouldn't of left the park, so Barry does have his day in court also, the owners picked up a lot of has beens, lost on some and in Gibson's case won on others, late ...................

The fact of the matter is Barry has just picked up some court money, Giant management may be included in this for tarnishing his name and image, for removing historical items from their stadium before a conviction, maybe they were just mad cause of statments he made to the media, it may cost them dearly. I had a guy at work, he embarrassed the Department with an outside infraction, they couldn't get rid of him because he didn't have a conviction, they tired of him because of some shady computer viewing and got him out the door early and told him to pick up his things and cleaned his desk, it cost them $98,000.00, because they acted prematurely on his conviction. Had they waited, their case would of been proven, Barry and baseball have a great Union, collusion, all Barry has to do is prove that either the National or the American or maybe both will be liable, if he can prove they hired veterans, whose medical said they were incapable of performing like they once did, just 1, now you tell me folks have they, one of them brought back Julio and they don't even know how old he is, is he like Melchezidec where his country keeps no record of his birthday, and there are many players who have finished their careers above Barry's age, it was kind of a respect thing, baseball would save their pockets a bundle just to pay him to be in their dugout a couple more years, otherwise it's collusion, defamation of character, slander and God only knows what else, that's sounds like it's gonna cost a bundle and Barry has the money to make it happen, and shut that Can ..... up, he has no credibility, maybe that ball on th ehead did more than we think and Tony spoke his piece on that.
