Leaves a lot to be desired.  Call me crazy, but I really want to see what numbers our draft picks will be wearing, and they still have not updated the roster to reflect # assignments. I may seem like I am splitting hairs, but by going to almost every other official team site, most teams have done it already.  I thought it would just be teams that have held their mini-camps already, but teams that are holding them this weekend like the Giants have already updated their rosters.  I guarantee everyone that mini-camp will come and go and the Jints lazy arsed web master won't get around to updating the rookies on our roster until August..  If you're a shEagles fan you can buy a DeSean Jackson jersey (#10 by the way)..  But I have to wait for pictures in the Post or News to know what K-Phillips or Super Mario will be rocking..

that site has been trash for years...I don't even go on it anymore.....barely any new stories or headlines. Very outdated

By the way...I'm pretty sure the Eagles got awarded like the best NFL website or something recentley (yea, i work with eagles fans who have NOTHING to brag about)

Thanks for creating this thread DA Swoost.  The "Official Site" does leave alot to be desired, especially for us Giants faithful who live in other areas ( So. Calif.) of the country.  In the offseason the "Mailbag Feature" is almost totally abandoned.  I've emailed the official site 4 times in the last 3 months.  Still no replies recieved.

Does anyone have a definitive answer regarding the "New Meadowlands" being an open air stadium?  I dont follow the logic as to why its design precluded the option to close the roof during severe weather, not to mention the exclusion of a Super Bowl ever being played in the NY/NJ  Metro Area.    Was it strictly cost containment or politics ?? I could never get an answer on the Official Giants Website........Perhaps one you good folks could shed some light on that.

As far as I know, the design is still as shown on the stadium website. I would have liked something a little more traditional and classy (a la New Yankees stadium), and they settled on what looks likes an  office building from the '70's. As a designer, I've found that when you go for a "modern" look, it gets outdated pretty quickly.

I don't know what you guys are talking about as far as the website goes. I greatly enjoy reading newspaper clippings about charity events in Wisconsin and re-reading Giants-related articles copied from NFL.com. Does it really matter that much if we know who's playing what position under what number?
