That play at the end of the third was absolute bs it had to be at least 6 seconds. Apparently it is going to be very hard for the Magic to get out of Detroit with a victory.

Typical NBA BS...Give the Pistons the game and screw the better team.  I am sick of the big city teams getting the refs calls all the time.  LA, Detroit, the Spurs, etc...They all get the benefit of the refs calls in the playoffs.  I can't stand the Pistons.  The Magic got screwed out of this one.

Agreed, these calls were complete BS. As for the play at the end of the 3rd quarter, what I was saying is that there are 3 refs for this game and not ONE of them saw that the clock froze???? That's unacceptable. That play should've been whistled dead and get the situation fixed ASAP. I'm so sick and tired of the refs being the 6th man of a deciding game. It's sickening and the Magic could've won this game tonight.

Let's go home and take care of business these next 2 games.

I don't blame the refs for this one. I blame the stupid league for not allowing them to look at the monitors. That's such a stupid rule. However, the stupidest thing I've read in this thread was the statement that Detroit was the rock and roll capital of the world. 1st off, the rock and roll capital of the world is LONDON. It's not even close to how many great bands came out of that city. Hell, Detroit's not even the rock and roll capital of the US. That prestige belongs to Cleveland. Just because KISS called it "Detroit Rock City" doesn't make it true...especially considering they were from New York...

Even with that call at the end of the third quarter the Magic had a chance to win the game. However when hedo was shoved by ratliff at the end of the fourth quarter and there was no call. Does anyone else realize the Pistons always have the their hands in the air looking for a call? I though this was supposed to be a physical team. The third quarter call just shows how important home court is , the only reason the refs did run the play again was because they were afraid of the crowd reaction.

Who runs the clock? Is it the home team or is there an official who does the job? Either way the operator should have lost their job at the end of the game. Even though it was only 3 points it still affected the shot selection later in the game. If this happend to Detroit in Detroit, today the news would be how the city of Detroit had finally burned completely to the ground. This seems to be the M.O. for the NBA, screw the Magic at all costs.

Wow....what a bunch of crybabies....

How about everytime Dwight Howard got the ball a foul was called? One messed up call does not make this a screwed up game.

Cry and cry...the series is still 2-0

BTW: I am a Orlando Magic fan.
