Should we try and give Shaq one more year? Give him  the summer to try and get with the program, cause remember we did pick him up in the middle of the season. I would at least try and give him one more year. He has to hit free throws. If not this will never work out. He says i hit free throws when they count. Well i wish he would get that through his head and hit them when they do actually count.(Hint Hint: Every free throw)

OR, would you rather get rid of the D'antoni or Kerr. Shoot take both. Rebuild around diaw and Amare and get rid of shaq. But shoot it would suck really bad to see Nash go. But we need some defence in this team if they are looking forward to winning a championship in the next couple of years.

Not to mention if they were to just work with Barbosa for a while instead of working with shaq. Im sure we could have a pretty good team. Cause if your a Suns fan then you would know, that barbossa has something special inside of him that when he is on it theres not stopping that boy.

The Suns need to give shaq at least 1 more year before we start rebuilding around Amare, not many players could be aquired in a mid-season trade and lead their team to a championship

Yea but then again we are losing our previous Offensive threat we use to have. People use to be like i "don't want to play pheonix they run the ball down the court every play" now there saying.."hey PHX alright now we can just hack shaq the whole game."

But for there own good and not making the coach look bad we should keep shaq and try and get him back into the pace of a championship team.

I don't think this is an easy question to answer at this point, with a likely coaching change in the works. Rebuilding at this point wouldn't be easy to say the least. Shaq has 2 years left on his $20mil/year contract which would have to be bought out b/c noone other than Kerr is willing to pay him that kind of money. Sarver is not going to part ways with that kind of money easily either.

Honestly, I would prefer to see them give it one more shot. If they can somehow win a championship, Shaq, Nash, and Hill all probably retire anyways. That would free up a ton of money to rebuild. Of course, that is a HUGE if. Also, the players that I think might be used as trade bait following D'Antoni's departure are Diaw and Barbosa. They are both very inconsistent and Barbosa continues to struggle mightily on defense. Diaw did show me something during this last series, but he doesn't bring that kind of effort every game.

He has his moments but i think that Diaw might of just found that out himself. that he has the ability to penetrate on people that he gets down low. And Barbosa man i sure do wish that he would just find his rythm.

But The whole shaq thing. Just made you say..What are you thinking.... Who does something like that in the middle of a season? Wait till the year is over and then trade him. The timing of that trade was horrific. But we must keep Diaw and Amare and rebuild around them. Im not sure about the whole look for trades for Diaw. Now barbossa might be a good idea.

I think the team should rebuild around Barbosa and Diaw, I'm sorry but Amare is not doing what a power forward has to do. He keep using the excuse that he was playing out of position, but after Shaq arrived Amare got worse. It's just simple, Amare can't buy a rebound with all the millions he's being overpaid with. I thought Kerr should have traded Amare instead of Marion!

after Shaq arrived Amare got worse. What exactly were you watching? Amare's game was better after the Shaq trade than it ever was prior to it. If he had played the entire season at the power forward spot he likely would have been in the MVP discussion with Bryant, Paul and James. His numbers were amazing after the trade. Build around Diaw and Barbosa? Are you kidding? Build for what, good odds in the lottery?
