050508 - I agree with you on one point TROJAN28 - he won the tournament going away; however, if his ball did move out of position, he would have be disqualified for signing an erroneous score care (see Roberto DiVencenzo, ala Masters, I believe 1968); it would be fair if he lost on signing an erroneous score card, I do not know if it would have been square or not.

Why wasn't Kim given a penalty?

Call in's to the networks no longer are used.  Don't think Kim saw it move and no one in the field saw it move.  No penalty.
