Since Jason Botts is unhappy in Texas, where you see Botts getting a chance to display his potentially great talent?

I do not know for sure where he will end up, but this kid can play, if given a constant chance. he is 6' 5" 220 terror when he is on his game. He crushes the ball, he is a masher, and someone will get a solid kid who can play. Texas has a habit of giving up on guys like Mike Lamb, and Travis Hafner before they even get a chance not to mention the pitchers they have given away like Chris Young and Edison Volquez, from a team who never has pitching. They sure do make it tough to be a Rangers fan sometimes. Whoever gets Jason Botts, you got a winner, and you will be a fan favorite soon. Good luck.

I see him staying in Texas with the Rangers.  I just don't see them trading him.  This isn't the Reds or Pirates organization after all.  Plus, the Rangers are alittle smarter over the years from years pass.  The Yankees, Diamondbacks, Blue Jays could overpay and the Giants, Nationals just don't have what it takes for the trade.  All the Tigers can afford to give up is Marcus Thames or Brandon Inge and I don't see them sacrificing their bench depth.  Too early in the season for that.  But...........the Rays have the most to offer!

Rangers are most likely to trade Kevin Millwood and are praying someone takes Vincent Padilla off their hands.

Seeing as how nobody wanted give him a mandatory roster spot for the rest of the season and he cleared waivers I see him hitting in the middle of the order @ AAA Oklahoma City.

The kid is a career AAA player. He get in the pros and becomes a passive swinger. He shows no confidence in his ablility when he is here. Another example is Nelson Cruz. The guy murders AAA but can't stay in the pros. I am enjoying watching the product on the field that the Texas Rangers have right now. Look at what Brandon Boggs is doing. He was given a chance and is running with it. Jason Botts is gone because there is more talent coming up behind him. Go somewhere else. I am tired of giving the Laynce Nix and Kevin Mench of the worlds to many chances. I feel the Rangers will finish at .500 this year , but I expect them to improve next year. Any Rangers fan that has watched them play over the last 3 weeks, if you are not impressed by the way they are playing, you need to get a life. I will say it again, The Mavs were terrible for ever. They get good and now you feel they can do no wrong. The ratings on the Stars 1st round of the playoffs compared to the 3rd round shows no one here cares until there team might have a chance to play in the Finals. The Cowboys are what they are, so no complaining from me on that one. The Rangers are 9 years removed from the Playoffs. The Cowboys haven't won a playoff game since like 1998. Give the Rangers a break. There a lot of teams out there who have missed out on great talent. Happens to every organization. Houston Astros lost Johan Santana to the Florida Marlins, Florida Marlins lost him to Minnesota Twins as a Rule 5 Pick .  ARE YOU KIDDING ME. Don't hear much about the idiots on that one. How about  A. J. Pierzynski from Minnesota to San Francisco for Boof Bonser, Joe Nathan, and Francisco Liriano. How that work out for San Francisco? They traded A.J, the next year to Chicago. Get over it Rangers fans
