Well here is my assesment. I think we should sign Eduardo Najera from Denver. He is the type of player we need, will do the nitty gritty stuff. We package Ford and Bargnani to Charlotte for Okafor (I think he still wants out). If we dont get Okafor, then we sign Jamaal Magloire, if he is going to flourish anywhere, it is here. We could then package Ford and Bargnani to Chicago for Ben Gordon. Obviously sign Jose.
This would create these two possible starting lineups

or

Looks better then last year
Another thought being that a lot of people think we need another scorer. Team up Bosh with Antawn Jamison. I dont think Washington will keep him after they pay for Gilbert and will have to dish out for Caron next year
