Barry Zito is just plain disgusting. Billy Beane is a genius for getting this guitar playing turd out of his rotation. What a joke? I think the batting cages throw harder than this bum. Not only does Barry Zito have the physical capability of a 86 year old man, but he has a " Rex Grossman" mental complex. This guy doesn't believe in himself. This will go down in sports history as one of the worst investments ever!
I am a life long Giants fan and I must admit the Giants, this year, are quite entertaining to watch. Unlike the previous four to five years, the Giants are stealing bases, using hit and Run, and not having to deal with the anitcs and problems of Barry Bonds. Young players like Fred Lewis and Velez have been fun to watch, because every game you see these young players get better. BUT- Along with puss arm Barry Zito, I don't understand why the Giants keep running these has been players like Rich Aurila and Ray Durham out on to the field? If we are going to do the "Youth movement" thing, well, lets do it. I know Bruce Boochy has been playing alot more the young guys than he did before, but I know what I am going to get with players like Durham- 0-4 3K's and 1 error in the field.
