KC, Steelers, Miami...are the big winners for me.  My team?  The Raiders get a solid B.

You can't judge a draft fully until they say at least three years ahead, if McFadden turns out like a lot of folks say he will, he will be the best player in this year's draft..and that B turns into an A mighty quickly!!  Ask SD if LT made a difference, or ask Minnesota if they would not take A Peterson if given another chance......  NUFF SAID!

I give the Vikings a B+.  You see all these draft grades for the Vikings that don't include the aquisition of Jared Allen.  But if you put him in there, they got arguably the best defensive end in the NFL, a young stud safety Tyrell Johnson that most draft boards had as the number one safety in the draft.  All of the other picks seemed to be for depth.  John David Booty was a good value where they got him, but there is no way he takes over Tarvaris Jackson's job this year, but depending on how he plays this year, who knows.  They also added a defensive tackle to be mentored by big Pat Williams, an offensive lineman that needs some mentoring and a rediculously fast wide receiver who will probably end up returning kicks this year keeping Adrian Peterson out of harm's way in that department.  It should be a really fun year for Vikes fans and I can't wait to see Aaron Rodgers pull that first big clump of dirt out his facemask on Monday night.

Go Vikes!

Ben Rothilsberger, Phillip Rivers, and Eli Manning all saw what it was like to be put on good teams and succeed.

---

um, SD had the #1 pick because they were good?

The Giants had #4?

The Steelers were coming off of a losing season (6-10)

please rethink your post

the 'skins get a B+ from me. we got Devin Thomas, the best receiver in the draft, and Malcolm Kelly has has the best hands out of all receivers in the draft. Fred Davis i dont understand, but im happy that we are making a serious effort to invest in Jason Campbell because our WRs were terrible last year and that includes moss. randle el has been decent and lloyd has been a total bust. moss is the only WR that has been worth a starting roster spot.

if i can tell you anything, i can proclaim that thomas will be starting alongside moss by the beginning of the season

Giving teams grades now is pointless, they mean nothing. None of the players have seen the field yet, but were not grading the players and how good they are, are we?, we are grading their potential. What we think they could possibly do for our team and what they're contributions could be.

Saying that I give the Chargers a "B"

CB: Antoine Cason is solid, he provides depth at CB, and provides competion for the nickleback position, which is becoming more valuable in this game. He replaces Florence who left in Free Agency. He ca also contribute on special teams as a returner as well.

DeJuan Tribble a potential guy, has the skills but is he too short at 5' 9 to be an every down guy? Time willl tell

RB: With Micheal Turner leaving to Atlanta San Diego needed a back up for LT, leaving little Sproles all alone back there if Tomlinson went down would not be smart,... or safe. With Jacob Hester they have a pounding back who can get the short yards when needed not to mention catch the ball and block.

Marcus Thomas another solid guy, gives competion for back up spot. Finds holes and gets through them, big frame not too fast though.

T: High on the list of needs for the Chargers that wasn't atteneded to until late in thedraft. They picked 6'6 315 lbs. Corey Clark. Gives depth but needs to work on pass blocking.

Eagles a B. Not to bad but I dont like the idea of trading our draft pick. Who knows maybe the Panthers will have a crap year but I thought their was alot of nice prospects. But for the Eagles offseason transactions I give them a C+. Picking up Asante Samuels is huge but 4 starter corners, this is crazy. Larry Fitzgerald would have been a more reasonable pickup. But then agian Larry would of killed our cap room. It doesnt matter anymore unless Mcnabb has a 40 touchdown 4,500 yard season he's gone be gone next season. Who knows what we will get. Cant wait to see Kolb out there.

Kansas City Chiefs get an A- !! Only reason its not an A+ is because they didnt get a 3rd O-Lineman within Day 1.

The Chiefs drafted for the future, not right now, so I see them going 7-9. And with a solid draft next year and a 1st Round QB they'll make the playoffs in 2009 !!!

Living in Tucson and getting to see Antoine Cason, im pretty excited that he will start right away and be a pro bowler in a few years...

Well, I personally give the Cowboys a B-. I like who they picked up and the talent they got, but I think that they wasted their 5th round pick on Orlando Scandrick. I know that they were looking for depth at Corner, but with getting Pacman, already having two quality corners in Newman and Henry, and drafting Mike Jenkins with their 2nd pick in the first round, I think another is pushing it. I love the aquisition of Felix Jones, I think he'll suit their 2 RB scheme perfectly. Could have been better I suppose, buty I like it.

Browns B+

At first I wasn't sure why they got Missouri Tight End Martin Rucker. Then ESPN talked about Kellen Winslow's microfractures in his leg and that the Browns were cautious. So that was actually a great move playing it safe.

Also, taking Beau Bell, Mountain West Conerence defensive player of the year was huge. I never once heard of the guy before that, but for that player being the Browns first pick of the draft in round 4, that was amazing.
