I like Sidney too. We should be better. Costner can get out of that sophomore funk and do some hard conditiong work right now. Fells can be more consistent if he's out working on his shooting right now. Losing Grant is bad even though he made dumb decisions at times. Got to give him credit he wanted the ball at the end of games and many times this year he delivered. Not a leader though in which I think that is where the team lacked its function. I think Farnold Degand could have been that if he hadn't went down. Look at the NBA, Deron Williams, Chris Paul, Rajon Rondo. It all starts with the point guard. They must facilitate.
JJ Hickson is a pro and con situation. He brings a big body, inside scorer, and REBOUNDER. We have not been a good rebounding team in such a long time. He can only get better with another year. Him leaving will help because maybe everyone can get on the same page and bring the others such as Costner and McCauley back to playing up to our expectations.
