I'll also give the nod to Toews, but just barely. I thought I was going to be biased, since I prefer his style of play more, but it seems the majority would be in agreement with me. I also think the Blackhawks are only one solid player away. It'll be nice to have Havlat for a full year, but I think a trade for a premier player would put Chicago into the playoffs, and second in the division.
Up here in Minne, the rumor is Gaborik might be on the way out. That could be a solution for the right price.
