Could the Sixers have been any more dominant in that 2nd half?! The Pistons couldn't hit a shot and we were able to get out and run a lot more than we did in Game 2. Dalembert with 22 pts and 16 rbs. Miller with 21 points. Thaddeus Young with another solid game. I also love the fact that Rodney Carney played significant minutes and made solid contributions.
The Sixers had 7 guys with 8+ points -- Dalmebert 22, Miller 21, Iggy 10, Thad 10, Lou Williams 9, Evans 9, Carney 8. The energy that these guys play with is incredible. These games are so fun to watch.
Sixers are up 2-1 in this series and still haven't gotten a good offensive game out of Andre Iguodala -- we need him to break out in Game 4. I do love the fact that other guys have really stepped it up though -- Evans in Game 1 and Dalembert in Game 3. Obviously others have played well too, but those are the guys that I will really remember from those 2 wins. And even though Iguodala hasn't played well offensively, he's not letting it effect his defensive game -- he continues to cause turnovers on the defensive end
In my opinion, Game 4 decides the series. If it goes to 2-2, I think we'll have a really tough time winning another one at the Palace (and 2 of the final 3 games would be in Detroit). But if it goes to 3-1, I think this one's pretty much wrapped up, although I still wouldn't guarantee a series win. Can't wait till Sunday night!
