I don't know case law enough to know the answer to this question, so anyone who knows, please respond...
If Shultz wins his case, does that mean that all contracts that were signed after the sale are also voided? That can get pretty sticky fast, since that includes everything from the arena deal in OKC, to personnel contracts. I would like to think some sanity would be applied, but if voiding the sale also voids the OKC agreements, then what's to stop it from voiding the Ray Allen trade?
