	The only problem I see even if Seattle wins the suit is that the owners still have to approve the sale. Right now I read that there is a price that the OKC group is paying the other owners to move the team at approx $30 million. So why would any of the other owners approve the sale to Balmer if they are going to be losing a little over a million each. Just something to think about - also the reason why the owners should have no $$ interest in the team staying or leaving.

	I don't know case law enough to know the answer to this question, so anyone who knows, please respond... If Shultz wins his case, does that mean that all contracts that were signed after the sale are also voided? That can get pretty sticky fast, since that includes everything from the arena deal in OKC, to personnel contracts. I would like to think some sanity would be applied, but if voiding the sale also voids the OKC agreements, then what's to stop it from voiding the Ray Allen trade? No flames please. Like I said, I don't know case law enough to know the answers, hence the question.

	I can answer that question. If Shultz wins his case the sale to Bennett and his group will be voided. However, all agreements and contracts that involve players or personnel will remain as is as operation expenses and if Bennett and his group are forced to sale the team back to Schultz Bennett will not be able to request compensation for expenses he paid due to the fact that under his and his group's ownership they were operating based on fraud to the contract that they had with Schultz. And for the person who wrote that the owners would have to approve the resale of the team to Schultz, you have no idea what you are talking about the courts would make that decision not owners because there was a breech of contract. It is my hope that Schultz wins this case and that the Sonics stay in Seattle and then rebuild the team into a San Antonio like dynasty to where David Stern's stupid face hand over trophy after trophy to Seattle.
