1. We need a good low post player. The lack of any size on offense hurt the TCU program under Dougherty. I think it was what, 3 years in a row that we finished in the bottom 5 in the nation in field goal percentage? A lot of this has to do with having no guy inside to pass it to for an easy layup or high percentage shot. Many times last season I watched TCU do nothing but pass the ball around the perimeter and shoot a contested jumper. This led to several dry spells of scoring.

2. Recruit the DFW area. This is key, because there are many good players in the area and it seems as if Dougherty could never get them to come in. The only two Fort Worth recurits went to a school about 2 miles from TCU campus so that was no surprise, and neither of them turned out to be what was hoped for. Dallas... I don't think we have gotten a player from Dallas until this year's recruiting class.

Good Luck, JC likes having undersized guys at the 4-5 spots, but I do not think thats a negative at all Q and Mike Scott were two of the greatest 4-5's that played for KENT STATE. I wish your program the best of luck I just hope he can break out of the post season slump he has since he started at Kent.
