I will be heading out on the 5:00pm Ferry for Block Island for three days of restoration work on a historical hotel on the island. My neighbor is a contractor and knowing him like I do, there will be plenty of pleasure along with the actual work. Bon Voyage!!

Hey 509! How did a Charger's fan get to Rhode Island? I am afraid the Charger's are going to kick our a$$ again this year. By the way, the Denver Post is speculating that the Broncos are going to take a RB with their first pick--either Stewart or Mendenhall. What do you think of that?

Hey bronco, how have ya been my good brother? The great thing about being a Charger fan in Rhody is when I leave my hats, shirts, headbands and other crap at the Bar on drunken stupor nights, the guys at the Bar know exactly who it belongs to.
I believe Stewart is dropping somewhat but Mendenhall is a complete beast. Please broncos.......do not draft him.......I don't want him in my division!

That's what I am afraid with your Bronco's. I sure hope that the Pats can break this habit of getting domilshed by them this year. I still remember 2005, when we got trampled, but hopefully 2008 will be different. It's definitley going to be a great game to watch.

I think the Chargers are one of the top 3 or 4 teams in the League but being a Charger fan for 29 years- I know not to get my hopes up too high because the crash is more heart-breaking. I do think they're in for something special this year though.........see, I just went and jinxed them.....damn.

Hey ButtonTops--sort of a Catch 22, no?
JD--No problem. I actually like the Bills, always have. Have been a Marv Levy fan and I like Dick Jauron. Lee Evans let me down on my fantasy team last year.
The AFC West is all about the Chargers. The rest of the teams are in rebuilding mode with the Chiefs going downhill. How they can trade their best player is beyond me.

Good morning all!
I don't want the Bronco's to take a RB either I have to say. Being a Seahawk fan they still remain an enemy even after the shake up and with Hubby being a Browns fan, well that just speaks for its self. I would really like to see Stewart fall all the way to 25 if possible, and I'm not alone on that.

I'm so upset I don't get to watch the draft this year!!! I'm really excited about this one too, there is so much talent I'm really curious who is gonna go where. I'm gonna pout all weekend at the tournament.
