red, sounds like you really know how to kick off the weekend.  You could still sell the bags of stuff on ebay. Just list it as garbage discarded by Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. You will be rich.

It a beautiful Sunny day here in Dallas also Red. I'm at work, but I am able to look out and see the pretty day! You are a stay at home mom? I have quite a bit to do this weekend, but first I must take NyQuil this evening to get rid of this cold/soar throat mess that I little ones gave to me. ugggg!

The best and worst part of being a stay at home mom is that there is no weekend.  The days of the week are meaningless to me which makes it even harder to get out of bad habits.  Hubby leaves for work again tonight and this time he'll actually be gone the full 4 weeks so I'm hoping I can get back on a healthy schedule, and get the junk out of here once and for all! HA!  That's an uphill battle if there ever were one!

I know the grass is always greener and all that but I really do miss working.  I was a much healthier, more accomplished person then and I admire anyone who can work both inside and outside the home let alone be good at both!

I was a stay at home mom 6 years ago. I enjoyed it, but like you said, sometimes it can get a little meaningless. One thing about working through the week, it sure does prepare me for the weekend!

Red, I remember Bronc asking you if Deon Branch was healthy, is he? I think that if Deon would have stayed in New England he wouldn't be getting hurt all the time up there in Seattle.

Honestly I haven't heard much so I'm guessing he's fine.  I like Obamanu a lot and if Bobby Engram is wanting more money I think he should get it.  Our main targets have always been the inside guys and we have never really stuck to any one main receiver.  The team is going in a new direction now with the coaching change so I'm not sure what that will mean but historically we have always been more comfortable with 4 #2 guys than we have with a solid #1, #2 and backups behind them.  (Thats one reason I never draft ANY Seattle guys in fantasy no matter what the experts say.)  Not sure where the team is headed now but I still fly my 12 proudly!

Well, if Deons healthy, he'll contribute well. He was one of my favorites. How long have you played fantasy football? I've never played because I don't know how too. Maybe I'll get the guts to learn to play one day.

I can work from home a large proportion of the time, and set my own hours. I mostly goof, until a deadline approaches, and then I work full tilt. I enjoy the goofing, and I also greatly enjoy the intense work periods.  When I am in goofing mood, I can get into trouble. I also am a writer, which I greatly enjoy.

I can see that not really having anything pressing to ever do, might end up seeming like treading water.  No interesting hobbies?

Seahawks at Bills for the opener on September 7, in the morning. May be an interesting game. The Bills usually start their season off slow. What about the 'hawks?

Hawks usually start off slow to us die hard fans but since we fly under the radar nationaly we look pretty strong off the starting line.  Should be a good game.

Sadly JD my big hobby is -*sigh* -quilting.  The worst part is I do my best work during Football season when I dedicate all day Sunday (four games worth) to a project.

(My head is hanging in shame)
