In my previous essay, i wrote that the most important part in the 76er's ascent was their team spirt .That general concept ties directly into this question.

The players on the bench didnt sulk cause they didnt start. They supported the starters. They came off and did their jobs. They are the heart and sole of the team. They are the reason for their sucess.

They are the 76ers.
