When they officially announce it on ESPN or on T.V. i think i will be tearing. I have waited, no we all waited for this day to come and it might be tonight or tomorrow. Doubt he'll get fired tonight so the greatest day in Knicks History will be tomorrow, Friday, April 18th 2008.

Well, it's official - it finally happened.  Congrats Knick fans!  You can finally begin the process of sifting through the wreckage.

From what I've read, I don't think Zeke has actually been fired....more like reassigned. Sort of like going from a high paying job (in Isiah's case, 7M/yr.) to working in the mail room. Not that there's anything wrong with working in the mail room, Newman.

So, until he leaves MSG, which I think he'll do eventually, the bag stays.

I am happy he was fired as GM and coach.  It is pathetic that Walsh thinks he can be some sort of asset to the Knicks.  It is probably to please Dolan and so they do not have to pay off the rest of that pathetic extension he got for nothing, like Allan Houston, Larry Johnson, and Larry Brown.  But, I wish he would just get completely fired already.  All us Knicks fans hate him for putting together this roster and putting us further back from being a contender again.  Why can't the devil just leave already?  And I like that you are keeping the bag.  He will never get another coaching or GM job again either since he failed in NYC receiving even more humiliation than if he was in any small market, he destroyed the CBA, was a terrible coach with the Pacers, and besides drafting Tmac with the Raptors, did a horrible job there and walked out on them.  Let him keep his low end job but once the extension expires, out he goes completely.

Get him away from NY, ship him to Boston or China

Get him as far away from the Knicks as possible.  Since he is reporting to Walsh, have him clean the team bathroom's toilets, locker room, and sweaty uniforms.
