As of right now i have a little faith in college basketball but if Koufos leaves then it will be gone.  Im a diehard Ohio State fan of both football and basketball but i realized this year that i only watched 2 regular season games... The sad part is it didnt even bother me because it seems as though the basketball regular season is becoming as meaningless as the professional regular season.

I havent missed a football game in a few years but when it comes to basketball it seems like its almost an entirely new team every year. So there are a few familiar names but i still feel no attachment to the others. Yea Greg Oden and Mike Conley were good but its like waving at a sprinter as they run by.

All im saying is that if it werent for march, i wouldnt watch college basketball anymore.

Welcome to my attitude on the NBA and MLB - and free agency is fast putting the NFL in the same boat.

I will say though, that watching the college regular season put me in a position to be able to call some of the huge upsets in this year's Tourney (I had Davidson over Georgetown) and win my office pool.

I try to watch as many regular season games as possible, especially those involving OSU and mid major teams. But I agree, it's hard to get into it seriously knowing that the best players probably won't be there the next year.

I heard that the NBA and NCAA are close to agreeing on a deal to make everyone be out of high school for at least 2 years though. That would be a step in the right direction.
