Lets get positive!!!!

We seem a little negitive right now folks let's talk about some of the positives that this group has done the last couple of days, for instance -

Henry Blanco did a nice job keeping his composure on the dropped third strike today.

Fukadome made a great bunt yesterday (on his own and the best thinking lpay I have seen for a while by a Cubs player in a while)

Derek Lee has his stroke going

Marmol has picked up where he left off

What do you like about 08 so far????????????????????????

I think yo missed to point yes we can (and most have) find a way to knock the Cubs becuase they did not start off 6-0. But this a a team that has a lot of positives and the point of the thread is to start talking about them.

But now that you mention it another positive is that if the back of the rotation hits a bump ot two, the Cubs still have Sean Gallagher and Marshall.

I like what you're trying to do here, Santo to Hall.  Unfortunately, the "negativity" continues to permeate every post.  No offense, TheBullpen00.  At least you're not complaining about Pie this time.

DeRosa, Fukudome, and D Lee are off to good Week 1 starts.  Wood has notched three saves in three opportunities.  Dempster had a nice start.

I'm sure we all wish 3-3 was 5-1 and, it could have been (Chicago has been in all but one game) but, .500 is not too bad.  Let's go get Pittsburgh!
