Other than the highest salary teams, and even then there is some argument, there isn't a team in MLB with as quality a bench as the Milwaukee Brewers.  4 of the 5 RBI today were driven in by bench players.

Kapler is looking good.  Where did he come from?  He's looked like an all-star the past few games.  A bit of a stud.

The Brewers have an out standing bench.  Kapler looks good, Gwynn is solid as is Gabe Gross.  Doesn't seem to matter who Yost put in Center, they are all performing well.

The real question with the bench is who will be sent down when Cameron returns from his suspension.

It is going to be a tough decisionunless someone gets hurt or goes into a slump.

I love to see the best farm system in MLB paying off.  When you combine that with excellent below-the-radar free agent acquisitions, it's not a stretch to rank the Brewers right at the top in terms of bench play.

Enjoy the game tomorrow.  Should be a good one with Sheets matching up against Zito.  I hope the Crew greets him with another first inning Grand Slam like Bill Hall did last year.
